A hundred and one things to organise - and we are here to do it all for you!

In preparation we have outlined everything we believe you may possibly need to prepare your bespoke wedding and we will of course do our utmost to provide any additional service you may decide you need along the way. However wild, crazy or quirky you may feel the ideas are, just let us know!

As a starting point we offer two simple wedding packages which form the basis of your wedding, together with your thoughts and ideas will make your wedding day complete.

• Our Topaz Wedding Package is our most basic package which can then be created in to exactly what you require for your wedding day
  
  
• Our Sapphire Wedding Package is perfect for wedding couples who would like to take advantage of a UK Consultation and a more in depth forward planning
  
  

This meeting takes place throughout the year where six major cities have been allocated over the UK for your meeting to take place; however for more convenience we always try and arrange your meeting to the closest airport from your home. This consultation gives you the opportunity to discuss your wedding plans in person, providing you with the extra peace of mind that all aspects and special details of your wedding day have been arranged prior to the day itself.

Additional to our civil wedding packages, we also offer tailor made wedding packages

 and packages for all occasions.

Topaz Wedding Package - £1100.00

• Confirmation from the local registrar of your wedding ceremony date & time
• Legal Documents Translated and Legalised in Greece
  (more than four documents, additional charge will apply)
• Marriage ceremony fee and licence
• UK Administrator & on line help 5 days a week
• Handling of all arrangements prior to and on the wedding day
• In-Depth Consultation meeting on your arrival
• One wedding co-ordinator at ceremony location
• After your ceremony, escorted onto your selected reception venue
• Arrangements & visit to your chosen reception venue
• Mobile telephone for use prior to your wedding
• All local taxes included in package

Sapphire Wedding Package - £1300.00

• Personal UK consultation
• Legal Documents Translated and Legalised in Greece
  (more than four documents, additional charge will apply)
• Marriage ceremony fee and licence
• UK Administrator & on-line help 5 days a week
• Handling of all arrangements prior to and on the wedding day
• In-Depth consultation meeting on your arrival
• Two Wedding Co-ordinators:
  Co-ordinator with Bride at accommodation & ceremony
  Co-ordinator at ceremony location with Groom & Guests
• Wedding co-ordinator during the evening for pre dinner cake cutting and seating of all guests (Please note that most co-ordinators charge extra for reception venue services - this service is included in our package at no extra cost)
• Greek wedding cake (20 portions)
• Bridal bouquet & buttonhole for the Groom
• Arrangements & visit to your chosen reception venue
• Reception venue dressed as required (Decoration only - extra charge applies if more than 60 guests)
• Mobile telephone for use prior to your wedding

Exquisite Weddings will honour the price of your wedding package as quoted and all items contained within, with the sole
exception of any increase in ceremony fees that may be implemented by the Greek authorities which is out with our control.
